Notary Services
Remote and Mobile Notary services are available by a certified notary signing agent (NSA). Mobile notary services are limited to select counties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, while Remote notary services are open wherever remote online notarization (RON) services are accepted.
Remote Online Notarization

Remote Notary Services (Remote Online Notarization - RON) allow signers to notarize documents online from anywhere using audio-video technology, rather than meeting in person.
This option provides convenience and charges administrative and remote electronic fees that are in addition to the standard notary fees.
Notary Signing Agent available
Notary Signing Agent (NSA) is a commissioned Notary Public specifically trained to facilitate real estate loan closings, acting as an independent contractor for lenders, title companies, and signing services. Ensuring loan documents are accurately signed, notarized, and returned promptly, acting as the final, crucial step in the lending process.
This option provides convenience and charges administrative and remote electronic fees (if applicable) that are in addition to the standard notary fees.
Mobile Notary
available
Mobile Notary Services (Traveling Notary Services) allows state-commissions notary public to travel to the signer location, such as a home, office, hospital, or coffee shop, to perform in-person notarization for the client.
This option provides convenience for urgent or complex document signings and charges administrative and travel fees that are in addition to the standard notary fees.
