Cancellation Policy

Standard Policies: **Candle Warning*** For any candle purchases or candlemaking experiences, please note all when lighting your candle you should always monitor and watch, as it it highly flammable and the herbs can catch fire and cause the glass to burst if not monitored. Usually occurs when little or no more wax is remains or available to surround the herbs. **Return Requests Policy** There are no returns after processing. No exceptions to this policy. **No Show Policy** If you decide not to show, you still will be charged for the full experience; plus an addition No Show fee of $50 (fifty dollars), despite your lack of attendance. No exceptions to this policy. **Same-Day/24-Hour Before Bookings Policy** If you decide to book the same-day or 24-hours before a experience starts, please note you understanding that you do not have a window period to cancel and thus, you acknowledge you will automatically be charged the cancellation, refund, and/or no show fees as outlined in the policies if you cancel, request a refund, and/or do not show up for your experience. No exceptions to this policy. **Cancellation or Refund Requests Policy** -->For non-travel experiences, cancellations and/or refunds can be made up to 72 hours before the start date and any cancellations that are submitted in less than 72 hours will incur and be charged with expectation of full payment, a fee of $25 (twenty five dollars) for their cancellation or refund request. No exceptions to this policy. -->For travel experiences, cancellations and/or refunds must be made within 72 hours of booking the travel experience (not the start date of the travel experience). Any travel experience cancellations that is processed in less than 72 hours of booking the travel experience will incur and be charged with expectation of full payment, a fee of $250 (two hundred and fifty dollars) for their cancellation or refund request. No exceptions to this policy. --------------------------------------------- There are no exceptions to these policies, but we do recognize extenuating circumstances do occur (poor planning does not constitute extenuating). Thus, the owner or a delegated representative in her absence, is the only person to provide any changes to these policies and any exceptions approved will be one-time exceptions and will be in formal writing from the owner or said representative.
